These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SA Legal Guide's mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Guest Access

You may use certain features of our Service without creating an account. Guest users can access the Legal Info Assistant, but their chat history will not be saved.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

AI-Generated Content

Our Legal Info Assistant uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI's ChatGPT) to generate responses. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated responses are for educational purposes only
  • Responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
  • You should verify all information with official legal sources
  • AI responses do not constitute legal advice
  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content

Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to:

  • Collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Processing of your chat messages by OpenAI's ChatGPT API
  • Storage of your chat history (if you have an account)

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete My Account" feature in the app.
